Responsibilities
- Provide polite, knowledgeable advice to customers on the sales floor in line with company standards
- Meet sales targets and deliver a high level of service
- Follow company standards
- Keep the sales floor clean and tidy
- Take part in mandatory training sessions, workshops and master classes
Requirements
- You enjoy talking to people and can find an approach to every customer
- You want to grow in beauty and sales
- You are ready to learn and keep improving your professional skills
- Responsible, honest and disciplined
- Calm under pressure, attentive and organised
- Good spoken Russian and Uzbek
- Neat, presentable appearance
- Aged 18+; CVs are accepted with a photo only
- No experience required — we train you from day one

- 5/2 schedule with rotating shifts: 09:00–18:30, 13:30–22:00, 15:00–00:00 (Tashkent City Mall store); shifts rotate according to the rota
