General Terms of the Retail Sale Agreement for Goods Sold via the bloombeauty.uz Online Store and the Bloom Mobile Application
Version dated 1 September 2026. Effective from the date of publication.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These General Terms (the "Terms" or the "Offer") constitute the official public offer of BLOOMSHOP LLC (the "Seller") to any natural person with the requisite legal capacity (the "Buyer") to enter into a distance retail sale agreement for goods (the "Agreement") via the online store at https://bloombeauty.uz and the Bloom mobile application (together, the "Platform"). Persons aged 14 to 18 place Orders with the written consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except for minor everyday transactions (Article 27 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
1.2. The Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (including Articles 360, 369 and 370), the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", the Rules of Retail Trade in the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1.3. The Agreement is a contract of adhesion (Article 360 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan): the Buyer accepts the Terms in their entirety. The Agreement is concluded in electronic form and does not require the signing of a paper document; electronic documents and messages are equivalent to paper documents (Articles 14, 15 and 19 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce").
1.4. The Offer is accepted when the Buyer places an order on the Platform (by pressing the "Place order" / "Pay" button) and/or pays for the order. From the moment of acceptance the Agreement is deemed concluded in respect of the goods included in the order, on the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
1.5. The rules for using the Platform (Sections 3, 11 and 12) apply to any person from the moment they begin using the Platform, including without placing an order.
1.6. The processing of the Buyer's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published at https://bloombeauty.uz/pages/privacy-policy (see Section 10 of the Terms). The Privacy Policy is a separate document and does not form part of this Offer.

3. Registration and Account
3.1. Placing an order may require registration, stating a telephone number, name and (where necessary) a delivery address. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2. The Buyer is responsible for keeping access to their Account secure (including SMS codes and password) and must notify the Seller immediately of any unauthorised access. Actions performed through the Buyer's Account before such notification are deemed to have been performed by the Buyer.
3.3. The Buyer may delete their Account at any time in the Application ("Profile" → "Delete account") or by request to the Seller's e-mail; the consequences of deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. The Seller may deactivate an Account that has not been used for more than 12 consecutive calendar months, having notified the Buyer at least 30 calendar days in advance by SMS, e-mail or push notification. Deactivation of an Account does not terminate the Buyer's rights under Gift Cards during their validity period. The treatment of Loyalty Programme bonuses is governed by the Programme rules.
3.4. The Seller may restrict access to the Platform if the Buyer breaches the Terms or the law, notifying the Buyer of the grounds for the restriction. Restriction of access does not release the Seller from fulfilling previously paid orders or from its refund obligations.
4. Product Information and Price
4.1. Product information.
The product page contains the information required by Article 28¹ of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and points 14 and 171 of the Rules of Retail Trade:
- name, purpose and main properties of the Goods;
- composition (ingredients), method and conditions of use, restrictions (contraindications);
- shelf life and storage conditions;
- country of origin, manufacturer and, for imported Goods, the importer;
- price and terms of purchase.
Images of the Goods are illustrative. The shade, texture, scent and packaging of the Goods may differ from the image and from how it appears on a device screen, and the manufacturer may change the packaging design without changing the properties of the Goods; such differences are not a defect (clause 8.4).
4.2. Prices are stated in Uzbek soums and include VAT. The price of the Goods in an Order is fixed at the time the Order is placed and may not be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
4.3. If a pricing error is discovered or the Goods are unavailable after the Order has been placed, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 1 business day; the Buyer may confirm the Order on the new terms or cancel it with a full refund of the amount paid.
4.4. The delivery charge is not included in the price of the Goods and is shown separately when the Order is placed, in accordance with Section 7 and the "Payment and Delivery" page (https://bloombeauty.uz/pages/oplata-i-dostavka).
4.5. Shelf life.
The Seller delivers Goods with a remaining shelf life of at least 30 calendar days on the date of handover, unless a different remaining period is stated on the product page (for example, for Goods discounted because of their shelf life). The shelf life and date of manufacture are stated by the manufacturer on the packaging. If the remaining shelf life at handover is shorter than stated, the Buyer may refuse such Goods on receipt or make a claim under clause 8.4.
4.6. Individual tolerance.
Cosmetic and perfumery Goods may contain ingredients that cause individual intolerance or an allergic reaction. Before use the Buyer is advised:
- to read the composition, contraindications and the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging and on the product page;
- to test the product on a small area of skin (patch test) and wait 24 hours;
- in case of pregnancy, chronic skin conditions or medication — to consult a doctor.
Information on the Platform is for reference only and is not medical advice. Individual intolerance to ingredients listed in the composition is not a defect of the Goods (clause 8.4).
4.7. Samples, gifts and bonus items.
Samples, miniatures, gifts with purchase and other items whose price in the Order is zero are provided to the Buyer free of charge and are not Goods under the Agreement:
- they are not subject to exchange, return or replacement, unless they are unsafe;
- their composition, size and availability are determined by the Seller and may be substituted without notice;
- where Goods to which a gift was attached are returned, the gift is returned together with the Goods unused; otherwise the Seller may reduce the refund by the price of the gift stated on the Platform.
4.8. Sets and promotional offers.
A set (several products in one factory or gift package with a single price) is one item of Goods: part of a set cannot be exchanged or returned. For promotions such as "N+M", "second item at a discount" and similar:
- the discount is spread across all Goods in the promotional Order in proportion to their prices, unless the Platform states otherwise;
- where some of the Goods in a promotional Order are returned, the promotion conditions are deemed unmet: the refund is reduced by the promotional discount granted, and the free (gift) item is returned together with the paid item (clause 4.7);
- collection and promo codes during promotions apply on the conditions of the "Payment and Delivery" page and clause 14.3.
5. Placing an Order
5.1. The Buyer forms an Order by selecting the Goods, the method of receipt (delivery or collection from a Store) and the method of payment.
5.2. After the Order has been placed and paid for, the Buyer is sent a confirmation (on the Platform, by SMS, e-mail or push notification) stating the Order number, the list of Goods, the amount and the estimated delivery time.
5.3. An Order is deemed accepted for fulfilment once receipt of payment has been confirmed. If confirmation of payment is delayed due to a technical fault of the payment service, the delivery period runs from the moment payment is actually confirmed.
5.4. Order cancellation.
The Buyer may cancel an Order without giving reasons before it is handed over for delivery (before it is handed out, in the case of collection) by contacting customer support or in the Application under "My orders". The amount paid is refunded in full in accordance with Section 9.
5.5. Refusal of an Order after handover for delivery.
If the Order has already been handed to a courier or delivery service, the Buyer may withdraw from the Agreement before the Goods are handed over, provided the Buyer reimburses the Seller's necessary expenses incurred in performing the Agreement (Article 429 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan). In that case:
- the Order is cancelled and the amount paid is refunded under Section 9 less the delivery charge at the rate shown when the Order was placed (including where delivery was free for the Buyer — not more than UZS 30,000 within Tashkent and UZS 45,000 for the regions);
- no deduction is made if the refusal is caused by the Seller's breach of the delivery time (clause 7.2), the Goods not matching the Order, or damage to the Goods;
- if the Buyer does not answer the courier's calls and messages and does not accept the Order at the agreed time, the Order is returned to the Seller and is deemed cancelled by the Buyer under this clause.
6. Payment
6.1. Orders are paid for in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (soum) on the basis of 100% prepayment.
6.2. Payment is made online via the Payme and Click payment services using bank cards and other means of payment supported by those services. The list of available payment methods is displayed when the Order is placed.
6.3. Cash payment on receipt of the Order is not accepted: all Orders, including courier delivery within the city of Tashkent and delivery to other regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, are paid online.
6.4. An online cash register (virtual cash register) receipt is generated by the Seller when the Order is paid and is sent to the Buyer electronically to their telephone number, e-mail or personal account on the Platform (Article 23 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce"; Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 943 of 23 November 2019). The Payme and Click payment services additionally send the Buyer a payment confirmation. The receipt is the proof of purchase for the purposes of Section 8.
6.5. The Buyer may pay for an Order in full or in part with a Gift Card in accordance with Section 13, and with Loyalty Programme bonuses in the cases and manner provided by the Loyalty Programme Rules (Section 14), where that option is available on the Platform when placing the Order.
6.6. The Seller is not liable for the actions of banks and payment services, but shall assist the Buyer in establishing the status of a payment.
7. Delivery and Collection
7.1. The Seller arranges delivery of the Order by its own courier service or by engaging delivery services (including Fargo for the regions). The cost, timescales and conditions of delivery, as well as the conditions for free delivery, are set out on the "Payment and Delivery" page (https://bloombeauty.uz/pages/oplata-i-dostavka), which forms part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the information shown to the Buyer when placing the Order prevails.
7.2. The stated delivery times are estimates; the Seller shall notify the Buyer of any delay and of the new delivery time. If the delay exceeds 5 business days beyond the announced time, the Buyer may cancel the Order with a full refund of the amount paid.
7.3. The Order is handed over to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer at the delivery address. The courier hands over the Order at the door of the flat/house, at the entrance to an office building, or at the barrier/fence where access to the premises is restricted.
7.4. Checking the Order on receipt.
The Seller gives the Buyer the opportunity, when accepting the Goods, to check their completeness, fitness and the preservation of their consumer properties (Article 28¹ of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"; Article 26 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce"). On receipt of the Order, in the presence of the courier or Store employee, the Buyer checks:
- the integrity of the shipping and factory packaging, protective films and seals;
- the name, shade, size and quantity of the Goods against the Order list;
- the absence of leaks, chips or damage to bottles and dispensers.
External damage, shortages or non-conformity with the Order found on receipt are recorded at handover (a note to the courier or Store employee, photo or video) and reported to the Seller the same day via customer support or under "My orders"; the Buyer may refuse such Goods, and the Seller replaces them or refunds the payment under Section 8.
If the Order is accepted without remarks, it is presumed that there was no external damage or shortage at handover; this does not deprive the Buyer of the right to report hidden defects later under clause 8.4, providing evidence of them.
7.5. Collection.
- Collection takes place from the selected Store after notification that the Order is ready.
- If the Goods are not available at the selected Store, they may be transferred from another Store within the period stated on the "Payment and Delivery" page.
- The Order is held at the Store for 7 calendar days, after which the Seller contacts the Buyer to agree a new period; if the Buyer declines or does not reply within 3 calendar days, the Order is cancelled and payment refunded under Section 9.
- Collection may be unavailable during promotions — the conditions are stated on the "Payment and Delivery" page.
7.6. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer when the Goods are handed over to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.
8. Quality of Goods. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. The Seller delivers Goods that comply with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the description on the Platform, in factory packaging, with an unexpired shelf life (clause 4.5) and with the labelling required by law. The Seller purchases Goods from manufacturers and official distributors (importers) and guarantees their authenticity (clause 8.9).
8.2. Goods of proper quality.
Perfumery and cosmetic products and personal hygiene items of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange (items 2 and 3 of the List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality Not Subject to Return or Exchange for Similar Goods — Annex 1 to the Rules of Retail Trade approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 75 of 13 February 2003; Article 18 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"; Article 433 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
Other non-food Goods of proper quality not included in that List (accessories and other items) may be exchanged by the Buyer for similar Goods or, if none are available, returned for a refund within 10 calendar days of receipt, provided that (Article 18 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"; points 27–28 of the Rules of Retail Trade):
- the Goods have not been used and are not damaged;
- their presentation and consumer properties have been preserved;
- the seals, labels and factory packaging have been preserved;
- the receipt (clause 6.4) or other proof of purchase from the Seller is available.
8.3. Voluntary exchange.
At the Buyer's request the Seller may, without assuming any obligation to do so, exchange perfumery or cosmetic Goods of proper quality for similar Goods (including a different shade or size) at the same price, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- no more than 10 calendar days have passed since receipt;
- the factory packaging is unopened and the protective films, seals, labels and the Seller's identification marks (clause 8.9) are intact;
- the Goods have not been used and show no signs of opening;
- the Goods are not promotional, marked-down, a gift, a sample or part of a set (clauses 4.7, 4.8) and were not received through a previous exchange.
An exchange is made no more than once per Order line. The decision to exchange is made by the Seller and communicated within the period in clause 8.7; the Seller is not obliged to give reasons for a refusal. If the price of the other Goods differs, no exchange is made and the Buyer may place a new Order. Money paid for perfumery or cosmetic Goods of proper quality is not refunded, except as provided by law.
8.4. Goods of improper quality.
The following are defects of the Goods:
- shelf life expired at the time of receipt;
- broken or damaged factory packaging, a leaking bottle, or a broken or faulty dispenser discovered on receipt;
- Goods not matching the Order (wrong product, shade, size or quantity);
- a change in colour, smell or consistency, or separation of the product within its shelf life where storage conditions have been observed;
- signs of counterfeiting.
The following are not defects:
- individual intolerance or an allergic reaction to ingredients listed in the composition;
- the shade, scent, texture or effect not meeting expectations;
- colour differences between the image on the Platform and the Goods permitted by clause 4.1;
- changes caused by the Buyer's breach of storage or use conditions.
If a defect is discovered within the shelf life, the Buyer may, at their option, demand:
- replacement with the same Goods;
- replacement with other Goods with a price adjustment;
- a refund of the amount paid.
The Goods must be presented together with their packaging and photographs of the defect; where necessary the Seller carries out a quality check (clause 8.5). If the check establishes that the defect was caused by the Buyer or is not a defect, the claim is refused.
The Buyer's rights under Articles 13–17 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" are not limited.
8.5. Replacement periods and quality check.
Defective Goods are replaced within 7 calendar days of the demand; where a quality check is required — within 20 days; where the same Goods are unavailable — within 1 month (Article 14 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"; Article 26 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce"). For breach of these time limits the Seller pays a penalty of 1% of the price of the Goods for each day of delay.
The quality check is carried out by the Seller at its own expense; the Buyer may be present. The Seller may:
- request from the Buyer the Goods themselves with packaging, photographs or video of the defect and the receipt;
- match the returned Goods against the Goods sold by barcode, batch number, serial number and the Seller's identification marks (clause 8.9); if they do not match, the Goods are deemed not purchased from the Seller and the claim is refused;
- where necessary, involve the manufacturer (distributor) or an independent expert examination.
If the check establishes that there is no defect or that it arose after handover as a result of the Buyer's breach of storage or use conditions, the claim is refused and the Goods are returned to the Buyer.
8.6. Return costs.
- The cost of returning defective Goods, and Goods delivered in error by the Seller (wrong item, shade, size, incomplete set), is borne by the Seller (Article 28¹ of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights").
- Return and exchange of Goods of proper quality (clauses 8.2, 8.3) are free of charge at any Bloom Store; a Seller's courier called for such a return is paid by the Buyer at the delivery rate shown when the Order was placed, and shipment by a delivery service is at the Buyer's expense.
- Costs associated with refunding money are borne by the Seller (Article 27 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce").
8.7. Request procedure.
The Buyer submits an exchange request (clause 8.3) or a defect claim (clause 8.4) via customer support (Section 18) or in the Application under "My orders", stating:
- the Order number and the Goods (name, shade, size);
- the reason for the request and the date the defect was discovered;
- for defects — photographs of the Goods, of the packaging showing the batch number, and of the defect itself; for damage discovered on receipt — photos or video taken on unboxing;
- the receipt (clause 6.4), if the Order was not placed from the Buyer's Account.
Within 1 business day the Seller informs the Buyer whether the request is accepted and of the place and method of acceptance of the Goods (Article 28¹ of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"). Goods are accepted:
- at any Bloom Store;
- by the Seller's courier within Tashkent (at the Seller's expense for defective Goods);
- by a delivery service at the Seller's address stated in Section 18.
The Goods are handed to the Seller complete, with packaging, inserts and gifts (clause 4.7). On acceptance an acceptance report (including in electronic form) is drawn up recording the condition of the Goods and the conformity of their identification marks (clause 8.9).
8.8. Storage and use of the Goods.
After receiving the Goods the Buyer observes the storage and use conditions stated by the manufacturer on the packaging and on the product page (temperature, protection from light and moisture, period after opening — the "open jar" symbol, PAO). The following are not defects and do not give the right to exchange or return:
- changes to the Goods caused by a breach of storage or use conditions after handover to the Buyer (heating, freezing, water ingress, expiry of the period after opening);
- opened or partly used perfumery, cosmetic or personal hygiene Goods of proper quality;
- natural properties of the Goods stated by the manufacturer (sediment in natural oils, change in henna shade, separation of two-phase products before shaking, etc.).
8.9. Authenticity of the Goods and identification marks.
The Seller sells only original products obtained from manufacturers and official distributors (importers) with documents confirming their origin and compliance with legal requirements. For stock control and protection against substitution the Seller applies identification marks to the Goods or their packaging (RFID tag, barcode, batch number, security sticker). Accordingly:
- Goods are accepted for exchange, return or quality check only if the identification marks are intact and match the Order data;
- Goods without the Seller's marks, with damaged or transferred marks, or with a mark belonging to another Order are deemed not purchased from the Seller, and claims regarding such Goods are refused;
- where there is a reasonable suspicion that Goods sold by the Seller are counterfeit, the Seller replaces the Goods or refunds the payment under clause 8.4 and may request the Goods for verification by the manufacturer (distributor).
8.10. Damage to the Goods in delivery.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods before they are handed over to the Buyer is borne by the Seller (clause 7.6). Goods damaged in delivery (broken bottle, leak, deformed packaging) are replaced by the Seller or their price is refunded under Section 9, provided the damage was recorded on receipt in accordance with clause 7.4. Damage reported after the Order was accepted without remarks is considered under clause 8.4 where photos or video of the unboxing confirm that the damage occurred before handover.
9. Refunds
9.1. Refunds are made in the same form in which payment was made: to the bank card or via the payment service (Payme, Click) used to pay for the Order (Article 17 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"; Article 27 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce"). For Orders paid in cash before 1 October 2026, the refund is made to a bank card at the Buyer's request. Another refund method is possible by agreement of the parties.
9.2. The refund is made no later than 10 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned Goods or, where the Order is cancelled before the Goods are handed over, from the date of cancellation. The time taken by the issuing bank to credit the funds is beyond the Seller's control and may be up to 5 banking days.
9.3. For breach of the refund deadline the Seller pays the Buyer a penalty of 1% of the amount to be refunded for each day of delay (Article 28¹ of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"; Article 27 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce").
9.4. Refunds where payment was made with a Gift Card or bonuses.
- The part of the price paid with a Gift Card is credited back to the same Gift Card or, if it has expired or is a single-use card, to a new electronic Gift Card with the same balance and a validity of at least 3 months;
- the part paid with Loyalty Programme bonuses is credited back to the Buyer's bonus account; bonuses accrued for the returned Goods are deducted (clause 14.4);
- the part paid in money is refunded under clause 9.1;
- Gift Cards and bonuses are not compensated in money, except as provided by law.
10. Personal Data
10.1. The personal data operator is the Seller, BLOOMSHOP LLC. Personal data databases are stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10.2. By registering on the Platform and/or placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy (https://bloombeauty.uz/pages/privacy-policy) and consents to the processing of their personal data (name, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, order history, device data) for the purposes of concluding and performing the Agreement, delivery, servicing the Account, participation in the Loyalty Programme and compliance with legal requirements.
10.3. Consent to receive advertising and informational messages (SMS, push, e-mail) is given separately and may be withdrawn at any time in the Application settings, via the link in the message or through customer support.
10.4. The Buyer is entitled to receive information about the processing of their data, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw consent by sending a request to the contacts in Section 18. The procedure, retention periods, list of recipients (payment services, delivery services) and other processing conditions are set out in the Privacy Policy.
10.5. To prevent fraud and abuse (Section 12) the Seller processes the Buyer's history of Orders, returns, refusals of delivery and requests, device data and payment transaction data (without bank card details) for the purposes of protecting its rights and legitimate interests and performing the Agreement; such processing is described in the Privacy Policy and is carried out in accordance with the Law "On Personal Data".
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. The BLOOM trade mark (Certificate of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. MGU 45486-44557 dated 21 February 2025) and the content of the Platform (texts, images, design, software code) belong to the Seller or are used by it on lawful grounds. Use of Platform materials without the Seller's written consent is not permitted, other than for personal non-commercial viewing.
11.2. By posting a review or other content on the Platform, the Buyer grants the Seller a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it on the Platform and in the Seller's materials (including with the Buyer's name as entered by the Buyer). Personal data contained in reviews is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Rules for Using the Platform
12.1. The Buyer undertakes:
- to provide accurate information;
- not to disrupt the operation of the Platform or use automated data-collection tools;
- not to post content prohibited by law, third-party advertising or abusive material;
- not to use the Platform to resell Goods for business purposes without the Seller's agreement.
12.2. The Seller keeps the Platform operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability during maintenance or in the event of failures at telecommunications operators or hosting providers. The Seller gives advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
12.3. Abuse of rights.
The following in particular constitute abuse of rights: repeated refusals to accept paid Orders (clause 5.5); requests to exchange or return Goods that were not purchased from the Seller, were substituted, or were used or damaged by the Buyer; providing false information or fabricated evidence; obtaining Gift Cards, bonuses or discounts in breach of their conditions (including through multiple Accounts). Where such actions are identified the Seller may, having notified the Buyer of the grounds:
- cancel bonuses, promo codes and Gift Cards obtained in breach of their conditions and refuse to apply them to an Order;
- refuse a voluntary exchange (clause 8.3) and courier collection of the Goods, offering the Buyer to apply at a Store instead;
- restrict access to the Account under clause 3.4;
- apply to law enforcement authorities and to the court for compensation of losses.
These measures do not limit the Buyer's rights under consumer protection legislation in respect of Goods with confirmed defects and do not release the Seller from fulfilling paid Orders.
13. Gift Cards
13.1. The Seller sells Gift Cards in Stores and on the Platform (including electronic Gift Cards sent to the recipient's e-mail/telephone number). A Gift Card entitles its bearer to purchase Goods up to the amount of its face value.
13.2. Conditions of use.
- A Gift Card is valid for the period stated on it or in the accompanying message (not less than 12 months from the date of sale).
- A Gift Card may be transferred to a third party; the Seller does not verify the identity of the bearer.
- Gift Cards with a face value of UZS 2,000,000 or more are reusable: they may be used until the face value is exhausted within the validity period, and the balance remains on the card.
- Gift Cards with a face value below UZS 2,000,000 are single-use: the card is redeemed in full in one purchase (one Order). If the purchase amount is less than the face value, the unused part of the face value is not kept, refunded or carried over to another purchase; if the purchase amount exceeds the face value, the difference is paid by the Buyer. We recommend using a single-use card for a purchase of not less than its face value.
- The card type (single-use or reusable) and these conditions are disclosed to the Buyer before the card is purchased: they are stated on the card, in the accompanying message and at https://bloombeauty.uz/gift-cards.
- A Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash, except in the cases provided for by law (including where the Agreement is terminated through the fault of the Seller).
- Any unused balance is not refunded or extended once the validity period has expired.
- Where Goods paid for with a Gift Card are returned, the amount is credited back in accordance with clause 9.4.
13.3. The Seller is not liable for the loss of a Gift Card or its use by a third party after it has been handed over to the Buyer; at the Buyer's request, an unused plastic card may be blocked if its number is known.
14. Loyalty Programme and Promo Codes
14.1. The conditions for accruing and redeeming bonuses (cashback), their validity period, restrictions and the procedure for amendment are set out in the Loyalty Programme Rules: https://bloombeauty.uz/pages/loyalty. Participation in the Loyalty Programme is voluntary; bonuses are not money and are not payable in cash.
14.2. The Seller may amend the Loyalty Programme Rules, having notified participants at least 14 calendar days before the amendments take effect. Bonuses already accrued retain, for their validity period, the conditions of use in force at the time of accrual.
14.3. Promo codes.
Promo Codes apply on the conditions stated when they are issued, including:
- validity period;
- product categories and minimum Order amount;
- single use and linkage to the Account;
- non-applicability to collection and to promotional (marked-down) Goods.
Promo Codes cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts unless stated otherwise, and are not exchangeable for money.
14.4. Return of Goods bought with a discount or bonuses.
- The amount actually paid for the Goods is refunded, taking into account the promo code or promotional discount allocated to those Goods (clause 4.8); the delivery charge is refunded only where the whole Order is cancelled or defective Goods are returned.
- Bonuses accrued for the returned Goods are deducted from the bonus account; if they have already been used, the amount of used bonuses is withheld from the refund.
- Bonuses and a Gift Card used to pay for the Goods are credited back under clause 9.4.
- If, after a partial return, the Order amount falls below the threshold for a promo code, free delivery or a promotion, the corresponding benefit is cancelled and its value is withheld from the refund.
15. Complaints and Disputes
15.1. Complaints regarding the quality of Goods, delivery, payment and refunds are sent to the Seller using the contacts in Section 18, via customer support in the Application, or in writing to the Seller's address.
15.2. The Seller considers the complaint and sends a response within 10 calendar days of receipt, unless the law sets a shorter period for the particular claim.
15.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by a court. The Buyer may, at their option, bring a claim at the Seller's location, at their own place of residence or at the place where the harm occurred (Article 29 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"). Consumers are exempt from state duty on consumer protection claims.
15.4. Limitation periods are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
16. Liability
16.1. The Parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
16.2. The Seller is not liable for losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of the Buyer providing inaccurate information, giving third parties access to their Account, or breaching the storage and usage conditions of the Goods.
16.3. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, military action, epidemics, acts of public authorities prohibiting performance). If such circumstances last for more than 30 calendar days, either Party may withdraw from the unfulfilled Order; the amount paid is refunded to the Buyer in full.
17. Amendment of the Terms and Final Provisions
17.1. The Seller may amend these Terms. A new version is published on the Platform, stating its effective date, at least 3 calendar days before that date; Buyers are notified of material changes in the Application and/or by e-mail/SMS.
17.2. Orders placed before amendments take effect are governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the Order was placed. The current and previous versions are available on request from customer support.
17.3. The invalidity of any individual provision of the Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
17.4. The Terms are drawn up in Uzbek and Russian; the English translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Uzbek and Russian texts prevail.
17.5. In all matters not governed by the Terms, the Parties are guided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any terms of the Agreement that place the Buyer in a worse position than that provided by consumer protection legislation shall not apply.
