This page explains how to delete your account in the Bloom app (Android, iOS, Huawei) and on bloombeauty.uz, and what happens to your data afterwards.
Option 1. In the app
- Open the Bloom app and sign in.
- Go to "Profile" → "Personal details".
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
As soon as you confirm, you are signed out and the account is blocked. Your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days (see below). Deletion from the app cannot be undone.
Option 2. Without the app
Email privet@bloombeauty.uz with the subject "Account deletion" or call +998 55 517 77 88. Tell us the phone number linked to your account. We may send an SMS code to that number to confirm the request.
We will confirm receipt within 3 working days and delete the account no later than 30 days after your request.
What is deleted
Within 30 days of your request, we delete or anonymise: - first name, last name, date of birth and gender; - saved delivery addresses; - favourites and cart; - push notification tokens and device data; - the link between your phone number and the account.
What is kept and why
- Order, payment and receipt records are kept for 5 years after the end of the reporting year, as required by the accounting laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Access to them is restricted, and they are not used for marketing.
- Cashback is held in the till system of Bloom stores and linked to your phone number. If you want it deleted too, say so in your request to privet@bloombeauty.uz. Any remaining cashback will then be cancelled, so we recommend spending it before deletion.
- Gift cards remain valid until their expiry date and can be used by anyone who presents them.
If you change your mind
If you sent your request by email or phone, you can cancel it until it has been carried out: write to us or call. A deleted account cannot be restored. You can register again with the same number, but your order history in the app will not come back.
