The Bloom loyalty programme gives you cashback on purchases in Bloom stores. Membership is free.
1. How to join
Register in the Bloom app or on bloombeauty.uz with your phone number. Your loyalty card is created automatically: it is the QR code in the "Cashback" section of the app. By registering, you accept these Rules, the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy.
The programme is open to individuals aged 18 and over. One account per phone number.
2. Earning cashback
- Show the QR code in the app to the cashier when paying in a Bloom store (Tashkent, Samarkand, Chirchik). Cashback is credited automatically.
- Cashback is 1% of the purchase amount paid with money (cash, card, Payme or Click).
- No cashback is earned on amounts paid with cashback or a gift card.
- Cashback is credited after the purchase is paid. You can see your balance in the "Cashback" section of the app.
- Currently, cashback is earned on purchases in Bloom stores. We will announce separately when it applies to orders on the website and in the app.
3. Spending cashback
- You can pay for a purchase in Bloom stores fully or partly with cashback. Show the QR code to the cashier and say you want to pay with cashback.
- 1 bonus = 1 UZS.
- Orders in the app or on the website cannot be paid with cashback yet.
- Cashback cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
4. Validity
Cashback does not expire while your account is active. If an expiry period is introduced, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance (section 7).
5. Returns
When you return an item, the cashback earned on it is deducted. Cashback used to pay for the returned item is credited back to your account.
6. Refer a friend
Share your promo code from the "Profile" section. A friend registering with Bloom for the first time gets 10% off their first purchase. The promo code can be used once and is valid for 10 days.
7. Changes to and termination of the programme
Bloom may change these Rules by giving members at least 14 calendar days' notice: the new version is published on this page and changes are announced in the app. Cashback already earned keeps its existing terms until it expires.
